  • Do you ship internationally?
    Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Can I pickup my order?
    If you are in the St. Louis, MO area and would like to arrange for free local pickup for your order; please choose "local pickup" as your shipping option and we will contact you to arrange pickup.
  • What is your return policy?
    Custom and personalized pieces are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please contact us at tiffany@wanderwheelceramics.com within 7 days of delivery and we would be happy to work with you to exchange or return your purchase.
  • Can you personalize or customize something for me?
    Of course! Please reach out at tiffany@wanderwheelceramics.com for customized orders.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    Your handcrafted goods will be packaged as tight and neat as possible to avoid damage. However, if an item arrives to you broken, please email tiffany@wanderwheelceramics.com a picture within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your order.
  • How long will it take to process my order?
    If an item purchased is currently in stock, we will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. For custom orders, we will notify you with an estimated time for creating your order.
